Shakerag Arts & Crafts Festival –
SEP. 17-18,2022 | Sat. 10-6;Sun 12-5

Check out this annual juried festival featuring 100+ artists and artisans. Thousands of people come for the weekend to Shakerag Knoll off McIntosh Trail for the annual Shakerag Festival. It’s a great way to buy handmade and styled gifts for the holidays. Learn new crafts, enjoy live music, a children’s area, and sample some of the best food around. Free parking and free admission point to fine culture here in Peachtree City.

Rotary Club of Peachtree City Dragon Boat Festival – SEPT. 24, 2022 | Sat. 8am-5pm

Get your 15 mph on and travel the cart paths to join the fun at the Rotary Club of Peachtree City Dragon Boat Festival on Drake Field. Discover food, fun and entertainment and view the racing teams on the water. Dragon boat racing is all-inclusive and accessible for all abilities. It’s about camaraderie and promoting international peace.

Hispanic Heritage Festival –
Rescheduled for Nov, 11-12, 2022

Join the 2nd annual Spanish Heritage Festival featuring colorful dance performances of Hispanic origin, such as flamenco, ballet folklorico, and salsa. Shop for handmade folk art, jewelry, and gifts. A live mariachi band and a DJ will provide music, plus sample Hispanic cuisine from food Trucks onsite. Little ones can enjoy a kid’s zone with crafts and face painting. Free admission.

World War II Heritage Days “Dawn of the Space Age” – OCT. 8, 2022 | (Sat. 10-4)

Celebrate the 1940s and salute the Greatest Generation at Georgia’s oldest and largest World War Two-themed event. Sign up for Warbird Rides, see vintage military vehicles and living history displays. Speakers will present on several topics related to daring military triumphs of WWII. Check out the vintage car show,and join the era’s themed costume contest. Food vendors onsite.

Tickets: $10/adults; $5/ages 11-17

*Swing dance in the Airport Hangar after the event in the Forties Victory Dance from 5:00-7:00 pm. Donations welcome.

Italian Heritage Festival – OCT. 9 | Sun. 12-8 pm

All things Italian will be featured in this 2nd annual Italian Heritage Festival, including foods, wines, and cultural fun! View Ancient Rome in virtual reality, listen to authentic Italian music and more. Hosted by Borgo Italia – a trattoria owned and operated by siblings Cristiana and Alessandro Folchitt.

Magnolia Fine Arts Festival –
OCT. 15-16, 2022 | Sat + Sun 10-5

Sashay your way to the Magnolia Fine Arts Festival and join the celebration of the arts across form. Many juried artists will share, educate, and offer works for sale that benefit Fayette County School’s art programs. Explore handcrafted jewelry, woodworks, performances in dance, word, song, and more. Sponsored by Fine Arts and Crafts Entrepreneurs (FAACE). Free admission.
