Make a splash at the Kedron Fieldhouse & Aquatic Center with an impressive 25-yard competitive swimming pool and a heated instructional pool with lifeguards on duty. The Kedron Fieldhouse also has courts for basketball, volleyball and pickleball.
Rent bicycles from Atlanta Trek and e-bikes from Pedego e-bikes or bring yours – bikes are welcome along the pathways. Both outfitters also lead guided bike tours for those who want to ride around the more scenic or quieter parts of Peachtree City.
Thrill-seekers will love bringing their BMX bikes (any offroad bike) to the William B. Davis BMX Track, open daily except when scheduled races and events occur. During unscheduled times, the area can be used with proper safety equipment.
You know it’s a fine city when dogs are romping about and socializing in an area set aside just for your furry family members. Lope and dash to the PTC Dog Park, open from dawn to dusk, with three fenced areas for size preference and sociability levels. Each area has a gazebo, fresh water, a seasonal wading pool, benches, chairs and shade trees.
You definitely want to bring your children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews to experience the Picnic Park / Luther Holt All Childrens Playground which welcomes everyone to play. The playground is accessible for kids with mobility challenges.
