Southern Hollywood Film Tour

Sherri Smith Brown is your personal tour guide on your historical driving tour. She is a semi-retired television and video producer/writer and stays active in the film industry here.

Get ready to see memorable locations for many of your favorite film and television shows. The two-hour journey begins here in Peachtree City with pick up at your hotel or at The Avenue and travels the backroads to Senoia and Haralson. These are location sites for movies and television shows including The Walking Dead, Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Fried Green Tomatoes (1991), Sweet Home Alabama (2002), Lawless (2012), The Conjuring (2013), and WandaVision (2021).

“I have to see the movie before I can find the location,” says Sherri, who combines clues, her local knowledge and industry contacts to share behind-the-scenes stories about productions, movie stars, and how Georgia got to be “The Hollywood of the South”.
