Find Peach State Goodness at the Farmer’s Market

Wednesdays and Saturdays: 9 am-1 pm

Be tempted by amazing fresh food and the local connections that await you. Peachtree City Market brings community at the iconic Aberdeen Shopping Center, rain or shine. Shaded by trees and wide-open space, farmers, foodies, local artists and musicians, and dogs and children connect with the common goal of friendship, food, and sustainable living. Saturday’s market hosts dozens of vendors offering a variety of fresh produce, poultry, beef and pork, bread, sweet treats, honey, eggs, prepared foods, and handmade gifts. You can buy the ingredients to make a special dinner or buy it all prepared.

Moms & Mimosas DIY

May 11: 10 am-1 pm

Gather your moms and enjoy complimentary mimosas while you DIY for Mother’s Day at Board & Brush, a community-inspired art studio. Create your own unique wood sign when you select a wood project from the gallery with paint and wood stain colors also in the workshop. Instructors will guide participants step-by-step to create a beautiful piece for your home or as a gift.

Miles for Midwest 5K

May 11: 8 am-10 am

Join the community run to benefit the Midwest Food Bank GA Division which works to alleviate hunger and malnutrition. Miles for Midwest 5K is also an Official Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race Qualifying Event. Every dollar donated to the Food Bank allows them to share $30 worth of food for the local community. Meet at the food bank to begin the scenic run along the city’s cart paths, over bridges, and through the woods. Pre-registration is open until May 8 at 8 pm. Same day walk ups welcome. Stay after to celebrate the race and supporters with the kid-fun inflatable and cool treats.

Rock Out at The Fred

Get ready to rock out at the 2,500-seat Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater here in Peachtree City – locally and fondly referred to as “The Fred”. Being at a show is an exclusive-like feeling, partly achieved by your journey through the Georgia pines to the venue. Your own food and drink are welcome and buy from concessions at The Fred. Doors open at 6:30 pm. All shows begin at 7:30 pm. Up next:

Memorial Day Weekend May 24-26

Meet actors from The Walking Dead, The Boys, The Avengers, The Conjuring, and so much more! Come hang, get an autograph, take selfies, or get a professional photo with your favorite celebs. The Camp is a celebrity meet and greet charity beneficiary event held in Peachtree City, GA and Orlando, FL (October). Hands-on volunteering and funds generated by The Camp help people and animals in need while giving attendees a truly memorable weekend adventure. Special events are created each year, like doing hand prints with Chandler Riggs (The Walking Dead), Meals with Actors, watching episodes with actors, and more. Reserve hotel packages and passes.
