Group Accommodations and Meeting Planning Assistance
The Peachtree City CVB offers professional, knowledgeable, and an experienced sales and marketing team to assist in locating the ideal venue for your event, reunion, meeting, or conference. Our team will assist with securing group accommodations, scheduling site inspections, locating vendors, and other planning assistance. Once your event is booked, our convention services & marketing team will assist with a full slate of additional complimentary meeting services including: registration assistance, group welcome bags, itinerary planning, marketing collateral, and public relations assistance. - Welcome Table & Information Booth at the Meeting Destination– Information on local attractions, dining and entertainment options plus local discounts and local insight on where to dine.
- On-site Registration – We would be delighted to provide registration assistance for meetings, reunions and other events.
- Welcome bags – Attendees are greeted with complimentary welcome bags loaded with local information, and if you ask nicely and say please, we will include a small promotional item. (Welcome bags based on total room nights booked!)
- Dine Around/Transportation Needs – Coordinate a group dine around at local restaurants and offer contacts that can provide quotes for transportation around the city. We highly recommend you travel like a local and rent a golf cart from one of our local golf cart companies.
