11 Days of Thanksgiving are a Great Time to Shop and Dine
in Peachtree City

It’s Thanksgiving in Peachtree City, which means the holiday shopping season is upon us. So, start up those golf carts and prepare for 11 fun-filled days of holiday shopping and dining in beautiful Peachtree City! There are plenty of carts to rent at one of our five dealerships, so leave the roads behind and hit all the hotspots via our 100 miles of cart paths that make Peachtree City an out-of-the-ordinary experience.

You’ve heard about the 12 Days of Christmas, get ready for 11 Days of Thanksgiving. Why 11? Because you won’t be able to pack all the shopping, dining, and entertainment awaiting you in Peachtree City into one day. The days leading up to and just after the big feast are a great time to enjoy all that Peachtree City has to offer.

When you head out to kick off your Christmas shopping, start with a scrumptious breakfast to fuel your day at one of the restaurant options at The Avenue Peachtree City, an exquisite shopping center featuring boutiques and national retailers. Then it’s time to set out and find the freshest fashions, finest footwear, and everything you need to make this holiday season one to remember for everyone in the family. Stick around for lunch or cruise in your golf cart over to another of our shopping villages.

Kedron Village makes a great next stop. Here you can sit down for lunch at one of seven restaurants that are Peachtree City staples. Take another couple of hours to explore the shops of Kedron Village after lunch, before hitting up Blume Organics for a cup of Joe, a little dessert, or a smoothie. Then drive the cart over to Drake Field and Spyglass Island on the banks of beautiful Lake Peachtree for a little park time.

Finally, cross the bridge across the spillway and get all the Peachtree City-themed merchandise to remember your trip at our Visitors Center. Then it’s just a short ride back to the dealership to turn in your golf cart for the day. When you’re relaxing that night at one of our eight hotels, reflect and share your photos on Instagram!

Plan to rent your golf cart for a few days to get the full experience. International fare and classic American favorites will keep you going as you treat yourself to some shopping, a pedicure, or visit to the salon at Braelinn Village. The village also has jewelry stores, gyms, grocery stores and other businesses to make your stay in Peachtree City complete. Santa will be at the village starting the Saturday after Thanksgiving to give the little ones a chance to meet the big man himself.

Head to Peachtree Crossing Shopping Center to find the best shopping options for home décor, birding, your pets, and more. When you’ve shopped until you’re ready to drop, it’s time for a break, a meal, and a beverage. Still more great restaurants are ready to serve everything from pub classics, to seafood, to international fare to cap the day.
